• NOTE: The C-Hall is not available on Tuesday i.e. 6th March so all the events which were to be held in the C-Hall will be shifted to the D Block; but only for Tuesday.The schedule however is the same.           

• MONDAY 5TH MARCH,07:

• There will be a meeting of all the HRs( not AOCs) on Monday at 7pm in The K Lawns where:

• The HRs have to submit the names of all the participants for all the events from their Hostels.The names would be treated as full and final and no change shall be allowed at a later stage at any cost.

• The draw of lots would be done to allocate the sequence of the Plays.

• The topics for the Debate prelims would be provided.

• The HRs have to submit in written;  the poems of the POETIC SYMPOSIUM of all their participants which cannot be changed later.

• The topic and the countires for the MOCK UN shall be given.

• The flaps of each hostel have to be put

The flaps' dimensions are 2 charts wide and 5 charts high.
