Publicity would be evaluated on Friday, Monday and Tuesday.

Each hostel will be provided space on notice boards, which will be evaluated by the OSC's and the maintenance of that space is the responsibility of the respective hostel.
-
There will be extra credits for evaluation for any other innovative publicity in addition to the posters made in the allotted space.

Each hostel has to prepare one of the six flaps on both the sides of the auditorium stage. The flaps have to be put in the audi till Monday evening by 7PM sharp.

The flaps' dimensions are 2 charts wide and 5 charts high.
-
The prizes of publicity will be given to a team of maximum of 5 members.
